The company website invites users to participate in fitness  challenges that financially benefit nonprofit organizations.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;A few months ago, Sweat For A Cause did a sort of trial month--and I (Abby) took part. It was a great experience! Not only did I feel like I was getting in better shape, I knew that my donation was going to an excellent and worthy charity--Project Nanhi Kali, which works to provide for educational opportunities for young  women/girls in India.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;From what I know so far, it sounds as though users can not only take part in the monthly challenges, but they can also use the site to fundraise for their own near and dear causes.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-weight: bold;"&gt;Here's Ronak's summary of what the company/site is all about:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0);"&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;blockquote&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0);"&gt;Sweat for a Cause believes  that physical wellness and social well-being can work together to create  personal and global change.
